Emergency Food Programs

This program provides assistance to individuals and families who find themselves with a temporary food need. Our nutritionally balanced package is designed to assist families of various sizes. The size of your family will determine the amount of food packages you receive. Available foods in this program will differ from day-to-day. On a typical day, the room will contain fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery goods and protein.

Where/ How to Apply: In person at our warehouse located at 1108 H Street in Greeley. We are just north of Island Grove Regional Park. All certification is currently done via a drive through model in our East parking lot. Please follow signs and orange cones to our certification trailer.

What To Bring: A form of ID for each person in the family and proof of Weld County address (i.e. piece of mail).

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 3:45pm (except for Wednesday afternoons we are closed). Must be in line by 11:30/3:45 in order to receive food assistance at that time.

Closed the last working day of the month and major holidays.

Mobile Food Pantry

A refrigerated beverage truck used to deliver fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery and dry goods directly to distribution sites in food deserts and other areas of high need. Individuals seeking assistance via the Mobile Food Pantry do not need bring any information with them to receive help. Simply come to a site and we record your basic contact information.

Senior Feeding Program

The Senior Feeding Program serves seniors over 60 years of age. This program, which includes the USDA program Everyday Eats, provides a monthly food package with various nutritional products including milk, fruit, vegetables, juice and cereal, etc. Along with the Everyday Eats food package, recipients will go through our Extra Room to choose from additional perishable product we have. On a typical day, the room will contain fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery goods and protein. Anyone who is interested in joining the Senior Outreach Program must first meet with a member of our certification staff.  Once approved, individuals will only need to re-certify every year.

Greeley Area Residents

Where to Apply: Our warehouse located at 1108 H Street, Greeley, CO 80631, just north of Island Grove Regional Park. Parking and entrance are on the east side of the building.

What To Bring: A form of ID for each person in the family and proof of Weld County address (i.e. piece of mail).

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 3:45pm (except for Wednesday afternoons we are closed). Must be in line by 11:30/3:45 in order to receive assistance at that time.

Hours: Tuesdays ONLY, 9:00am to 11:45am and 1:00pm to 3:45pm

Child Feeding Programs

Summer Feeding

The Summer Feeding program is targeted to children in areas that are at risk for hunger over the summer months. The meals are prepared on site in our commercial kitchen and then safely transported to the feeding sites. All Summer Feeding sites are FREE to kids ages 0 to 18.

Additionally, we partner with local child organizations where a membership to their organization is required to attend. Please contact the respective organization for more information about their programs:

Kids Cafe

This is a trademarked national program that provides nutritional, prepared meals and snacks for undernourished children. Kids Cafe ranges from an after school snack to a hot meal. We provide hot meals and snacks to the following after school programs. We encourage you to contact these agencies to find out how your child can sign up.

Backpack Program

Children at risk of hunger over the weekend are provided with a bag of nutritious food for Saturday and Sunday. Students receive the bags discretely in their backpacks or locker every Friday. We work with over 50 schools across Weld County to distribute bags. Contact your school administrator to see whether they participate in this program and how to sign up your child.

School Food Pantry

We partner with schools throughout Weld County who have high numbers of hungry students and we provide them with food to administer their own pantry. Contact your school administrator to see whether there is a food pantry at your child’s school.
