Hill N Park – Mobile Food Pantry (SNAP)

The Mobile Food Pantry is a refrigerated beverage truck used to deliver fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery and dry goods directly to distribution sites around Weld County. Individuals seeking assistance via the Mobile Food Pantry do not need bring any information with them to receive help. Simply come to a site and we record your basic contact information.
