We regret to inform you that the Board of Directors of Upstate Colorado, who oversee the Economic Development Enterprise Zone (EDEZ) tax credit, have changed the qualifications for organizations to be eligible for the 25% state tax credit. Unfortunately, as of January 1, 2020, donations to hunger relief organizations like Weld Food Bank no longer qualify for the Economic Development Enterprise Zone (EDEZ) tax credit.
If you have any questions regarding your donations, please contact us at 970-356-2199 x324.
If you have any questions as to why Weld Food Bank no longer qualifies for the EDEZ tax credit, please contact the Upstate Colorado Economic Development office at 970-356-4565.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support!
